We are commissioned by Kajima to create a comfortable indoor environment through design support for air conditioning and sanitary facilities in consideration of the environment and energy. Basic design includes system study, volume study, and preparation of rough estimate documents, etc. In the detailed design, detailed drawings are created from the basic design phase. In addition, space studies and simulations are conducted using BIM.
